Welcome, Dr. Leo Mountain! 🌟

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of our Nourish Medical Center family — Dr. Leo Mountain, Naturopathic Doctor.

Dr. Mountain brings a wealth of experience and training, including a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. He focuses in hormone balance and optimization, digestive and metabolic wellness, pain management and improving energy and vitality. He is passionate about Treating the Whole Person — addressing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual layers of health so his patients can truly thrive.

Whether he’s helping someone age gracefully, recover from chronic pain, or restore gut health, Dr. Leo’s goal is always the same: to help you reclaim your vitality and enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Mountain is an adventurer at heart — born in South Africa, raised in Kentucky, now happily settled in San Diego with his partner, Stef, and their two beloved cats, Toulouse and Mochi. You might find him hiking, climbing, camping, on the water, or humbly learning to surf.
