Frank & Elisha have been getting adjusted weekly at !

There’s a saying …. As the twig bends so grows the tree.

If something is out of alignment in your body it will lead to compensation which eventually leads to symptoms!

The younger you are and the more you take care of yourself at an earlier age the less you have to worry about later in life 😄

TWO Car Accidents in ONE Weekend 🚗

Frank wasn’t at fault - just unlucky timing.

You can’t believe everything you see or hear online!!

Mo heard say that he doesn’t like chiropractors so he didn’t want to go!!

After coming to ANIMA and learning about the importance of taking care of the spine + adding in corrective mobility exercises…

Mo’s opinion quickly changed after the first session when his shoulder started moving better and now he is working out pain free!!

The Cat 🐈 from The 7 Postures!

and I are working together on opening up the big toe!

You will feel this open the fascia throughout your entire body - whether you sit behind a computer or are an athlete this posture is for YOU!

The most discomfort you look for is a 3/10 - you can use some padding like did here or if you have been practicing this for a while like it will be easy to get into this position!

Do your best to do a couple of sets of 20-30+ seconds in the morning and in the evening to unlock your athleticism!

This is one of my favorite chiropractic adjustments to give and receive!

From years of sitting in school and lifting weights I find myself holding tension in my traps and between the shoulder blades

Our practice members at love this adjustment as they get immediate relief, range of motion improves and it helps with posture as well!
