A Few Little Life Updates…

🏜️ I’ll be out of the office April 3rd to recharge in nature 🌞

🧘‍♂️ MOVE. BREATHE. MEDITATE. has been a huge success so far, I look forward to teaching more of these classes - the next one will be May 19th! (Link in bio)

😃 Life is going great. I am truly blessed to be able to do what I love which is living an active lifestyle and teaching others how to heal naturally & live life without limitations!

⛳️ I am slowly becoming a golf guy but ball is still life 🏀

📱 I have not been as active on social media due to the fact that I have been living life and I find that whenever I do scroll it’s mostly non sense but also amazing memes.

When I feel inspired to do so again I’ll get back to sharing more but for now you can catch me at the office MWF & Sat or outdoors being active and living my best life 🚴 🛹 🏀 ⚽️ 🎾 ⛳️ 🏋️‍♂️ 🧘‍♂️ 🌞 🍕 🍦
