I am a mother of three and current DONA International certified Birth and Postpartum Doula. My first child was born at a civilian hospital in Jacksonville, Florida; whereas my second and third were born on a military installation in Tokyo, Japan. Although my birthing journeys were easy going, I wish I had the knowledge I know now to help alleviate some the long laboring pains, tips/tricks to brea
