Good luck to Ming who will be running the NYC marathon this weekend! Your hard work has been inspirational and I’ll be cheering you on virtually!

Ming has been an all-star patient who was proactive with his care, started early, built up progressively and focused on mobility as well as strength and speed. It’s a balance that also requires rest and recovery as appropriate. Happy to have helped you through this!
