Inner Peace Yoga Yoga classes, private yoga and private yoga therapy sessions available. Until COVID-19 prohibitions removed, all classes are online only.

Svaroopa® yoga targets your entire spine, releasing core tension, reducing pain, quieting your mind and creating a level of comfort within your body that is truly delightful. Offering Gentle, Continuing level and Deeper yoga. Private sessions are also available for Yoga classes, yoga therapy, Embodyment® yoga therapy and Vichara (yoga for your mind). Classes range from 75 - 120 minutes in length.

Many American people are feeling stress, discomfort, fear. It is paramount to remember we are all the Self, all the One. Yes, there are individual differences, absolutely. But whenever we fall prey to fear and vilify the 'other', we have placed ourselves in an untenable situation perpetuating that which we abhor most. Be kind. Forgiving. Open. Hopeful. Work peaceably to promote what you want by being the person you would like everyone to be and see the Divinity in everyone as well.

Love this quote from Ramana Maharshi. The Guru is only one. There truly is only one but we are so enmeshed in separation we see others, make distinctions of like and dislike which leads to our suffering. Wisdom is everywhere. Open to it and see what happens.
