When it comes to building resilience, there are several tools and practices that can be helpful. Here are some of the best tools for resilience:

1. Positive self-talk: Practice replacing negative thoughts with positive and empowering ones. This can help you maintain a resilient mindset even during challenging times.

2. Mindfulness and meditation: These practices can help you develop awareness, manage stress, and build emotional resilience. Taking a few minutes each day to focus on your breath or engage in mindfulness exercises can make a significant difference.

3. Building a support network: Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you. Having a strong support system can provide emotional support, guidance, and encouragement during difficult times.

and go with the flow.
I want to catch a wave
and let it carry me
to where I belong.
I want to be picked up
and held gently by
those who delight in my
well earned patina and
appreciate the changes I went
through to achieve that beauty.
