The San Diego County Dental Society Academy of Learning has officially launched its second Dental Assisting Cohort! ✨🎉

We are excited to welcome this new group of future dental professionals as they begin developing the skills, confidence, and hands-on experience needed for a career in dental assisting. We had an amazing start to 2026 with our annual Three CEs in a Day, featuring BLS, Dental Practice Act, and Infection Control all in one day and FREE for members. We’re excited to bring this member benefit back and continue to make it easy to check off your licensure requirements.

Last night, we officially kicked off our New Dentist Leadership Study Club with Dr. Megan Clarke! ✨

This monthly program is designed for dentists in their first 10 years of practice who want to strengthen their leadership skills, clarify their values, and set meaningful goals. Through four interactive sessions, participants gain practical strategies, peer support, and tools to lead with purpose.

We can’t wait to see how this group grows and applies these insights in meaningful ways throughout their careers!
