We had an amazing start to 2026 with our annual Three CEs in a Day, featuring BLS, Dental Practice Act, and Infection Control all in one day and FREE for members. We’re excited to bring this member benefit back and continue to make it easy to check off your licensure requirements.

Looking to start off your year with some wellness? Join us for a guided yoga and wellness experience curated for physicians and dentists. Stretch, unwind, and connect with colleagues during a one-hour yoga session led by Dr. Evelyne Vu-Tien, DDS, MBA, followed by a studio tour and refreshments. 🧘‍♀️

Last night, we officially kicked off our New Dentist Leadership Study Club with Dr. Megan Clarke! ✨

This monthly program is designed for dentists in their first 10 years of practice who want to strengthen their leadership skills, clarify their values, and set meaningful goals. Through four interactive sessions, participants gain practical strategies, peer support, and tools to lead with purpose.

We can’t wait to see how this group grows and applies these insights in meaningful ways throughout their careers!

The San Diego County Dental Society was featured in the San Diego Union-Tribune for the Academy of Learning's work to expand access to dental assistant training.

Come stretch, unwind, and mingle with fellow San Diego physicians and dentists at this yoga wellness event on January 11th from 1 PM to 3 PM at The Studio by Catalyst. ✨

Dr. Evelyne Vu-Tien, DDS, MBA, will be leading an hour of yoga at 1 PM, with a tour of the space and refreshments to follow. 🧘‍♀️

We are excited to collaborate with the San Diego County Oral Health Coalition Medical-Dental Integration Workgroup and the American Academy of Pediatrics, CA Chapter 3 for a relaxing afternoon that brings physicians and dentists together for an afternoon of yoga!

On Wednesday, we hosted our SDCDS Board Social to bring together our current board members and our incoming board members. It was a great chance to get to know each other and set the tone for the new year. We’re looking forward to an exciting and productive 2026!
