Also, I've been working with a ZHeath Practitioner to help me with my shingles aftermath too. With these cranium nerves/brain exercises, we've been able to stabilize my legs and hips (ha so I can stand and walk normally) and minimize overall shingles pain throughout my body. It's been a very interesting process of feeling better and better! 🙌🤯👏💜

I received my first KST session yesterday! Very interesting and very cool experience! 🙌
Since before Thanksgiving 2024, I've been defense mode from food poisoning to a chronic cough that led to shingles to shingles nerve pain still partying in my body right now 🙄 Today, even though the pain is still present, my body has calmed down considerably. 😁👏💜

I am a Structural Rehabilitative Specialist specializing in advanced therapeutic, medicinal, myofascial massage and bodywork techniques. My primary specialties are Structural Energetic Therapy (developed and certified by Don McCann), Structural Integration (developed by Ida Rolf) *, the Rossiter System “Workouts” (developed and certified by Richard Rossiter as a Certified Rossiter Coach), Neuro-Muscular Therapy (NMT), and Traditional Thailand (Thai) massage.
* The International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB) Structural Integration Program is an approved Structural Integration Training Program by the International Association of Structural Integrators. Graduates of this program are certified to do this system of bodywork. We are trained by an awesome team of instructors AND they happen to be Structural Integrators/Rolfers, too. The lead instructor/Rolfer® is Ed Maupin, Ph.D., first generation Rolfer® who was trained by Ida Rolf, Ph.D. in 1968 at Esalen Institute.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer with a Corrective Exercise Specialization (injury prevent) and a Sports Performance Specialization (performance enhancement), all incorporating the NASM OPT Model exercises to help my clients meet their physical goals.
I am a GEAR (Goals, Energy, Accountability, Results) Indoor Cycling (Instructor) Certification through Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I am a Certified Swim Coach (Levels 1-2) through United States Masters Swimming (USMS).
Currently, I am pursing the Pacific College of Health and Science's (San Diego campus) Health Coach Certificate.
