Sometimes regulation doesn’t come from thinking harder ,it comes from sound.
The voo is a gentle vocal vibration that stimulates the vagus nerve, helping the body shift from sympathetic (fight/flight) into parasympathetic (rest/digest).

When you exhale slowly and let the sound vibrate low in your body, you’re sending a message of safety to your nervous system.
No fixing. No forcing. Just allowing your system to soften and settle.

This is one simple way to support your body when you feel activated, anxious, or overwhelmed.
