Hi friends! 👋 I know I have some new followers since I last introduced myself, so I wanted to share a little bit about my journey. 💛

October 2024 was a life-changing month for me. My family experienced a sudden tragedy, and I was unexpectedly laid off from my corporate marketing job of 7 years. I felt confused, sad, uncertain, and honestly…lost.

I took intentional time to be with my family and heal, which was invaluable. Taking that time gave me clarity, and when I started the job hunt, I realized something important, I wanted to take back some control of my path.

Years ago, I got my yoga sculpt certification, but fear held me back…fear of juggling it with my 9-5, fear of failing, fear of not being “good enough.”

In May 2025, I finally took the leap and signed up for advanced teacher training. 🙏 It reignited my love for the practice, deepened my knowledge, and gave me the sense of community and purpose I’d been craving.

I know that no matter where my career or life takes me, this practice will keep me grounded, growing, and mentally strong. 💪✨

I’m so excited and honored to bring Rise and Sculpt classes to you. Whether it’s in your garage, at a park, or hopefully one day in a studio. 🌿 Please don’t hesitate to reach out to connect, share your story, or inquire about classes. I’d love to hear from you! 💛
