I know how lonely, exhausting, and disorienting it can feel to be in a relationship where your needs for emotional connection keep going unmet. Many of the women and men I work with come in feeling unseen, overwhelmed, and unsure how much longer they can keep living this wayâespecially when they still love their partner.
If that resonates, I want to personally invite you into the next round of my NT Support & Coaching Group, beginning June 26th.
This group is a safe, structured space for partners of autistic individuals (diagnosed or not) to process whatâs happening, feel deeply understood, and receive real toolsânot just to cope, but to clarify and reclaim yourself in the midst of the dynamic.
Iâve been facilitating this group for over two years and have supported hundreds of neurotypical/allistic partners in reconnecting with their intuition, finding their voice, and discovering a path forwardâwhatever that path may be.
