Our Story
Our story starts and ends with good medicine. We moved to Rancho Bernardo a few years ago, and because our devotion to our patients we quickly became known in the community as home of good medicine.
We give time, attention and provide expertise.
Insurance based as well as private primary care are our main focus. Preventive and functional medicine are all available. Ancillary services include hormone replacement (BHRT), nutritional counseling, weight management, and cognitive clinic. Silvergate’s private quarterly membership program has become also very popular, because it offers unlimited access to ancillary services as well. Concierge Doctor is available. As one of the many benefits with Silvergate Membership now, through a new affiliation with Real Med Spa non-invasive esthetic treatments are available at special, fees.
