She received her Doctorate of Optometry from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry in 2013. Throughout her education, Dr. Tran has specialized training in diagnosing and managing dry eyes and ocular diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. She is licensed to treat glaucoma and has full therapeutic privileges for prescribing topical antibiotics and steroids for the treatment of most eye conditions. Her clinical interest is fitting contact lens including cosmetic colored, astigmatism and bifocal contact lens. Dr. Tran is dedicated to the eye care profession and truly enjoys taking care of her patients. She strives to keep things simple, yet efficient and fun! One of her greatest compliments is that she is thorough, informative and really takes her time to get to know her patients, while always having a smile on her face! Dr. Tran understands the value and importance of an annual eye exam and early intervention to reduce the risk of visual impairment from debilitation eye diseases. In her spare time, Dr. Tran enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, running, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. She loves her community and shares that passion with her three sisters and one brother who also lives down the street.
