The emotion grief corresponds to the Metal Element. When something or someone is lost we have every right to grieve. As time passes the grief gets smaller and we can begin to reconstruct our lives. Letting go naturally brings up sadness, but it also signals the start of new growth and a new future.
In ADHD Metal imbalance can manifest as difficulty letting go, difficulty seeing value in people or things, obsessions, and grief, and sadness of the loss of your identity.
What brings you back to balance can be different for different people.
Metal types are natural leaders Finding ways to let go, forgive yourself and others, and connecting to your inner spirit can help bring balance.

The Earth Element comes after the Fire Element in the natural cycle of elements. Fire provides the transformative force that brings the blueprint to life, Earth serves to sustain and nurture.
In ADHD Earth imbalance can manifest as difficulty paying attention, executive dysfunction, oral fixation, racing thoughts, anxiety and worry.
What brings you back to balance can be different for different people. Spending more time nurturing your body and nurturing earth can be very helpful.
Earth types are natural nurturers and intellects. Finding ways to nurture yourself and others on the body, mind and spirit levels can liven the spirit.

My sis. My first friend. Partner in goodness (we didn’t really get into much trouble lol). Sister from the stars. My sister for lifetimes. I’m so proud of her and all she’s accomplished in her life, and she’s taught me so much. Right now I get to witness her true authentic creative self shine and and I see her shining brighter than the sun. Illuminating everything and uncovering shadows we didn’t know existed. Sisterhood is a powerful force and I’m so grateful to be a part of one. Love you sisti brain
