⭐ 𝗜'𝗠 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢 𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗛𝗢 ⭐

Yes, you read that correctly. After thinking long and hard about it, praying about it, and ultimately following our hearts, my family and I have decided that we will be moving to the Boise, Idaho region in April.

Although we are very excited about this move, it is with a heavy heart to let you know that after almost 5 years of being blessed to serve each and every one of you, my last day in the office will be 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵.

This post was hard to write as this journey with you has been incredible. I couldn't be more thankful to you for trusting me with your health.

Being able to serve you has been one of the most amazing blessings I've ever had in my life. So, I'd just like you to know how much you mean to me and I will forever be grateful to you for being a part of the FlowForce Rehab family ❤️🙏

A recent study, following 70,000 people, found that those who were optimistic had a significantly lower risk of dying from several major causes of death.

Here are some tips that can help you train your brain how to think positively:

New research has concluded that low back pain is quite common in athletes. “Lifetime low back pain prevalence was 63%. Twelve-month prevalence was 51%.”

High training volume and years of exposure to a sport increase the prevalence of pain. It’s no wonder why so many professionals trust chiropractors!
