You achieve the alignment through a series of very specific exercises.
As a client I can say that it is amazingly helpful. You’ll feel better after just one session and phenomenal after three or four!

What is Egoscue? Egoscue is using postural therapy to alleviate chronic and acute pain, restoring the body back to its designed posture. And for those with limb difference, it helps better align the body which may be overcompensating for the missing limb/s. It was great to learn new stretches and exercises that can be done at home to help loosen the body!
