Wellness Tuesday! 🌞

Aging doesn’t mean slowing down—it means moving smarter! Regular movement helps maintain strength, flexibility, and circulation, reducing the risk of falls and promoting independence.

Here are 3 simple chair exercises seniors can do safely at home:
✅ Seated Marching – Sit tall and lift one knee at a time, as if marching. This improves circulation and leg strength. (Do for 30 seconds)
✅ Seated Shoulder Rolls – Gently roll shoulders forward and backward to release tension and improve mobility. (Do 10 times each way)
✅ Seated Heel & Toe Taps – Extend your legs slightly and alternate tapping your heels and toes on the ground. This helps with ankle flexibility and blood flow. (Do for 30 seconds)

✨ Bonus Tip: Stay hydrated and listen to your body—movement should feel good, not painful!
