Burnout doesn’t always look like exhaustion

Sometimes it looks like losing the spark that brought you into healthcare in the first place.

A few small resets that can help:
💙Set realistic boundaries with your schedule
🩵Take short breaks between visits—even 5 minutes helps
💜Lean on your support system (you don’t have to carry everything alone)

Reminder: Taking care of yourself isn’t stepping back from care, it’s what allows you to keep showing up for your patients in a meaningful way.
