neck pain and shoulder pain treated with dry needling and electrical stem stimulating the motor points of the upper trapezius the spinatus and trigger points along the affected muscles. You will notice that there are six needles pretty close together on the upper trapezius and that's because each one of those was a massive trigger point that released really well with my needling and this is a patient who likes strong needling I would not do that on every patient by any stretch normally I do one or two up there but he does heavy physical exercise and he's a bartender so he's got a lot going on up there and he already had a single treatment with about 50% improvement of something that has been bothering him for six monthsmaybe longer
