It's not uncommon to have to evict tenants from a property. Yesterday, while cleaning out a property that comes to market later this week we had to rehome these lovely cats! The cleaning crew called to let me know these guys were on the property. Fortunately the team was able to get them safely out of the house and back to their rightful owners!

Here's a little "behind the scenes" look at what goes into preparing a property for sale. This is the photography team taking videos at my newest listing located at 1111 S. Grand Avenue, #608. When we see that quick, 30 second reel there is actually a lot that has to be done to put that together. Still photography. Videography. Matterport video.
