I come to meetings such as AAPD to learn new things. Sometimes I’m pleasantly surprised to hear things that reinforce my own thinking. This is a perfect example of that. My patients ask me many questions about fluoride toxicity and also X-ray safety. They often don’t know what to believe. My answer to my patients is always the same. All things have the potential to be toxic. The dosage is what matters the most. This concept is applicable to all of your questions about ALL of the things your children are exposed to.
