We hope you and your families are doing well!
This past weekend, our Transfer Station was open Saturday from 8–12 pm as usual. Unfortunately, two couches were left outside the gate. We’d like to kindly remind everyone not to leave items outside the Transfer Station gates. Doing so gives the impression that it’s acceptable and can make our community appear cluttered — something we all work hard to prevent.
We’re proud of our community and want it to reflect the care and respect we all have for it, especially as we welcome visitors. If dropping items off during open hours isn’t possible, please remember that we do offer pick-up services — simply call our office to place a work order. This small step makes a big difference in keeping our surroundings clean and beautiful.
We’ve seen similar dumping concerns near the Transfer Station, the road to Kewa, and Green Acres. While we continue to strengthen ordinances and enforcement, real change starts with all of us. Together, we can keep our community safe, clean, and welcoming for everyone.
