Congratulations to Albert Wysocki for receiving Employee of the Month for Feb. 2026.

Albert Wysocki serves as an Engagement Center Lead and a dedicated Call Center Agent at Partners, where he combines compassionate leadership with hands-on service to strengthen community access to care. Since joining the organization in October 2023 as a contractor, Albert has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to our mission, earning his transition to permanent employee status in July 2024 and his promotion to Engagement Center Lead in July 2025. He has supported multiple programs across the agency, and brings strong technical and operational expertise, allowing him to improve workflows, mentor team members, and enhance service delivery through his vast knowledge. Known for leading by example, Albert oversees engagement operations while remaining connected to the community through daily call center services, ensuring quality, accountability, and care in every interaction.
