In a world where distraction, disconnection, and overstimulation has become the norm - it takes great effort to go against the grain and sit in silence and stillness. Technology has gripped our collective minds and has directed so much of its thoughts, emotional states and (in)ability to focus. In this moment in time, getting grounded in Self can very well be one of the most vital things we can do for ourselves, our wellbeing and the quality of our lived experience.
Join for an afternoon exploring our inner states and experiencing the seat of the Observer - in a donation-based Community Meditation class. Ricardo is with us this πΈπ»Spring, Sundays at 5pm - offering a guided Community Meditation series designed for both new and seasoned meditators, combining both theory and practice to help students build a practical foundation in meditation. To help calm the mind, relax the body and experience a quiet introspection.
You will learn how to explore the various layers of the mind, how to work skillfully with thoughts and emotions, and how to apply meditation beyond the sitting on a cushion and into everyday life. Through guided practices and simple tools, this series will support a greater calm, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection - both within yourself and with the world around you.
No prior experience needed, just a willingness to slow down and explore. πΏβ¨
