Who is driving today?
If the shadow is winning, here are 3 ways to turn the tides before 2025:
1. Quit Drinking: I am 162 days sober today. Didn't like how I was showing up in my relationships. I lacked consistency. Inconsistency erodes trust. No trust, no love, I quit. I'm so much more consistent in mood, attitude, and action.
2. Get Healthy: It's so hard to be kind and productive in the external world when you are at war with yourself, when you cringe at your reflection, when you're tired and irritated all the time. You have 2 months before 2025. Commit to stepping into 2025 having established an regular exercise routine and healthy eating habits.
3. Prioritize Sleep: If you think that you're getting ahead in life by sleeping less, you're wrong. Your cortisol is high, your serotonin is low, your body fat is up, your energy down. Your brain and body are suffering. 7-8 hours a night. Non-negotiable. Watch how much easier life becomes by simply sleeping more.
