Deep House Yoga is an immersive healing experience, combining the powerful medicines of Yoga, Music & Sound Healing in community gathering space. It is a chance to be fully present, supported by embodied movement to ground, music to sooth and open the senses, and sound healing to balance and harmonize energies. Move to a beautiful live set of ambient, downtempo & deep house while practicing Yoga, resting deeply in Savanna with close contact sound healing.

Jill is the founder of DHY and has been playing music for 10 years at community gatherings, for DHY, at burning man, and at many festivals & clubs around the US. She blends downtempo, ambient, ethereal music with deep house to provide the perfect backdrop for a Yoga practice. Her sets are emotive and help others to feel deeply into their practice.

Raised in the Sierras, Sage is an experienced Deep House Yoga DJ who has lead musical journeys for us in Sacramento, Reno and SF. A multi-faceted poly-genre-rous performer, he has been blessed to share the stage with an eclectic array of Artists such as David Starfire, Soohan, Alex Cruz, Mystic Grizzly, Mz. Worthy, Lee Reynolds, SkiiTour, Gettoblaster and most recently - Rinzen. He has been blessed with an abundance of performance opportunities since relocating to SF a year ago, including sets at top San Francisco venues Public Works, Halycon, 1015 Folsom, The Midway & Monarch. Also an accomplished Ecstatic Dance DJ, he has led musical journeys in Oakland, San Francisco, Nevada City, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Lake Tahoe and Reno.

Lily is a dynamic Napa Valley yoga instructor who dances her way through life. She began teaching in 2014 and is certified in her 200hr Vinyasa YTT as well as Buti Yoga and Yoga Trance Dance with Shiva Rea. Influenced by her past in Ashtanga and the go-go dancing community, she incorporates lots of alignment, joyful optimism and self love in her classes, and often has glitter on her yoga mat. She will be helping the team with this event and this class.
