THIS Saturday - JOIN US in GOLDEN GATE PARK for a SOMATIC SOUND BATH in the REDWOOD GROVE. This is our last session in 2025 in the Redwood Grove. We will be back in the spring of 2026 for our 4th year! Follow us to learn about our other monthly offerings in the Bay Area.

We are living in turbulent times and need to make sure we are finding ways to keep us connected and grounded. The Logos Method is designed to help us shift from sympathetic to parasympathic nervous system.

Join us at the on September 20th I will be offering a sound bath at 4pm. The event is free - donations are welcomed! there are 30 local practitioners who are teachers, therapists, artists, activists,
healers and more! We’ll offer a wide sampling of modalities from sound healings, movement sessions, meditation, 1:1 sessions with tarot, intuitive and Ayurvedic readers, reiki and chair massage, our Healer’s Marketplace, Art & writing activations, and more! At the SF WBF, we actively work to assemble
a diverse group who share tools for personal and collective well-being.

We can't wait for the next REDWOOD GROVE Somatic Sound Bath in Golden Gate Park the National AIDS Memorial on August 23rd!

The Redwood Grove is such a special space to hold these sacred somatic events. We gather in community. call in the ancestors, set prayers and intentions into the earth mandala by Audrey and slip away into altered states of consciousness where deep healing and inspiration rises within us.
