Zola Healthcare (Hospice)
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Building and developing a business development team.
Our guidelines are that a minimum of 80% of the team consists of clinical liaisons.
Non clinical reps will only be considered if they have a current book of business.
To become a member of our business development team, the process is challenging and only a few will make it.
Our current average is: 3 out of every 13 experienced hospice consultants who apply, meet our criteria.
Generate business by creating new and maintaining existing relationships with physicians and other medical professionals, community and senior organizations, hospitals, appropriate special interest groups, discharge planners, nursing home professionals, assisted living facilities, and other potential referral sources
Prepare and conduct calls and In-service presentations to potential referral sources
Participate in community and organizational programs, make presentations, and join as a member where appropriate.
Lead team to achieve ADC and Admit Goals.
Recruit, hire and train team.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
Clinician (preferred).
Professional Experience:
Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or another healthcare environment (i.e. Home Health, Long Term Care, Pharmaceuticals).
Must be willing to travel locally.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to monitor team referral activity and collaborate with Admission Manager.
Able to maintain an organized approach to territory management and work with limited supervision.
Merit increases to base salary are uncapped.
