The Training and Health Equity Collaborative at UCSF's School of Family & Community Medicine supports healthcare providers and organizations in improving care for people with chronic diseases.
Our strategy includes a regional advisory board of partners, advocates, and funders working together for collective impact.

Board members attend biannual ninety-minute virtual sessions with the potential for other opportunities for engagement. Responsibilities include reviewing content, providing feedback, and sharing best practices, with a $125 stipend provided.
