Move Happy Therapeutic Bodywork & Massage How we relate to ourselves and live in our bodies is how we relate to the world. She is available for both in person connection and virtual guidance.

We provide therapeutic massage, and embodiment and partner
massage workshops for private parties, retreats, and corporate with a focus on creating safe spaces to return to breathe, body, and one another for increased awareness, ease, and transformation. Inspired by Alexis's mission to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and elevation of humanity, she is passionate about

creating and promoting safe spaces to return to breathe, body, and one another through somatic practice and embodiment. She helps men and women lead meaningful lives from a place of greater awareness and ease, empowering Individuals and Couples with tools for inner transformation. Alexis works with corporations, private retreats and events, and does 1:1 work and coaching for individuals and couples.
