I have noticed a theme of suicidality this week amongst both clients and friends. If you or anyone you know is feeling alone or thinking of ending their lives, please reach out for support.

Also, if you know anyone struggling and notice they are giving away possessions, closing affairs, etc, don’t be afraid to ask if they are feeling safe or planning to end their life. Direct communication is important in preventing su***de.
