Winter teaches u the beauty of rest. The value of moving slowly. All that ma be gained through quiet introspection.

Winter teaches us to love ourselves when we are bare and vulnerable and how to recall our humanity for others bearing the harshness that may transpire in life.

Nature reminds me of the warming flame of the heart and how it continues to burn bright, awaiting the seasons of momentum and launch.

Those with Winter birthdays are born within some of the darkest days of the year. Through n astrological lens, there are qualities associated with Capricorns, specifically the hermit.

In spiritual contexts, the hermit or tarot arcana marks these qualities associated the seers, going into the depths with light, Spiritual enlightenment, soul searching, self-reflection, introspection, contemplation, inner guidance, solitude.

Many of us who have traversed along this path bring with us gifts of lived body wisdom for what it is like to navigate in the dark. What it is like to be lost and how to strategize methods for navigating those terrains.

These qualities may be a blessing to see and es**rt others through there darkest moments though there is pain in not being able to unsee.

Harnessing light may highlight one’s greatest gifts, it may also highlight the shadows resulting in pain and suffering.

There’s a dance in metabolizing shadow parts. There’s a natural titration in navigating Md processing emotional content.

Honoring some of the seasonal qualities associated with the winter months as we begin to descend into some of the deeper parts and quitter months of winter. The benefit in doing so is understanding some of the deeper currents at play that manifest outwardly in one’s life. An exploration of the subconscious content. Doing so may provide more awareness and understanding for how and why life is experienced in the ways that it is, yielding to a more present and conscious life. The terrains are t always easy though there’s support along the way.
