Each season, we gather to attune to the beauty, abundance, and wisdom of nature. To attune is to listen, to soften, to come into relationship. The seasons carry rhythms we are meant to remember, to feel, and to move with.

And what an absolute DREAM it was to gather in community on this warm Spring Equinox day. To pause, to breathe, to feel, to attune. To move and to dance together beneath the big open sky in our glorious little corner of the world.

We are so grateful for this community that continues to show up with open hearts. Again and again, we return to the homecoming that nature offers so freely. The kind of magic and beauty that asks nothing of us, except that we be here to receive it. And to share it with one another.

This gathering also marked the return of our Friday night classes, flowing each week through October. Friday nights at the beach carry their own kind of magic. Golden light, the release of the week with some good long exhales! Bare feet in the sand, and ending with a dance party in the ocean.
