Researchers at the University of San Francisco are looking for teens and their parents to give feedback on a short questionnaire that will be used to measure vaccine attitudes.

Eligible parents will be asked to provide their feedback in a 30-minute online interview with the research team. Their teen child, 12-17 years old, will be asked to participate in a similar interview.

**Participants will receive $60 in exchange for their participation**

Eligible parents will be asked to participate in a 45-minute online interview with the research team. Their teen child 12-17 years old will be asked to participate in a similar interview.

**Participants will receive $60 in exchange for their participation**

You may be eligible to participate if you:
* Are 18 years or older
* Live in a U.S. state or territory
* Have a child between the ages of 12 and 17 years old
* Your child has not received any doses of COVID-19 vaccine
