We’re proud to announce the successful launch of Knowtex’s ambient clinical AI platform at the VA Kansas City site, marking a major milestone in our rollout across VA primary care.

The Kansas City deployment represents our first production launch supporting live VA primary care workflows. Early indicators show strong clinician adoption, high utilization, and consistent performance, validating that clinical-grade AI can be deployed responsibly, securely, and at scale within federal environments.

We're excited to introduce Face Sheet, a new feature that lets providers access key patient information—pulled directly from the EHR—without ever interrupting a recording.
