To schedule your next rapid HIV test, give us a call or shoot us an email. Transform SF is San Francisco's HIV Testing Initiative dedicated for the Transgender & Gender Non-Conforming Community. Research states that Transgender Folx, particularly TransWomen of Color are 49 times higher to likely to be infected with HIV. Participants are required to complete a behavioral risk assessment survey. We request that you complete at least two HIV tests with us, six months apart. After receiving your first test, you will receive a $20.00 VISA gift card. We ask that you return in six months to complete your second HIV test, where you will receive another $20.00 VISA gift card. Please note that you are not limited to as to how many times you can get tested with us, however, gift cards can only be received every six months. Data collected will be useful to provide a better landscape of HIV prevalence in the Transgender & Gender Non-Conforming Community and help identify services that the community needs and deserves.

Trans Thrive announced its new HIV Prevention Collaboration Programs and honored their clients who successfully participated and graduated in their House of Thrive Program funded by the SF Humans Rights Commission and announce their new Community Engagement Brochure for the Transgender Community in San Francisco.

Trans Thrive proudly presents their summer event presentation, a new series of digital story videos created by Trans Women of Color who had Covid- 19 during the height of the epidemic and survived it.

Five transwomen of color who represent the various segments of the community who are highly impacted by the issues they face every day. Presented in collaboration with The Story Center.

Our Story

TRANSFORM SF is San Francisco's HIV Testing Initiative dedicated for the Transgender Community. Research states that trans people, particularly trans women of color are 49 times higher to likely to be infected with HIV. Participants who participates and joins this empowering surveillance program will be enrolled and asked to do behavioral risk assessment survey and consent to do two rapid HIV tests. For the FIRST HIV TEST = Receive a $ 20.00 Visa Gift Card. SECOND HIV TEST (6 months later) = Receive another $ 20.00 Visa Gift Card. Data collected will be useful to provide a better landscape of HIV prevalence in the transgender community and help identify services that the transgender community needs.
