I was recently featured in another article about survival mode.

I see clients when they are at burnt out and overwhelmed. They feel like they are just trying to get through the day. They aren't able to have space to hold deep emotions or connect deeply with partners or loved ones. They aren't able to learn to connect with themselves when they are trying to take care of everything else.

Read more here to learn about how to get out of survival mode:

Imagine only having the energy for the bare minimum. You work, you eat, you sleep, but your not thriving. Escape survival mode, starting now.

Yoga, for me, has always been a practice of slowing down. Of allowing my thoughts to trickle in, so that I can watch and see what's really on my mind. The world we live in is fast paced and our thoughts fly by like speeding cars on a highway, sometimes leading to the cycle of anxiety. With seemingly no end in sight, I quiet my mind and body with yoga. Read my latest blog post to learn how yoga helped my anxiety.

It is my pleasure to announce the launch of my website and private practice therapy business! I am a licensed clinical therapist in California who works with women experiencing anxiety, depression and complex trauma-related challenges. I see clients via telehealth and am an out-of-network provider.

I provide 1:1 clinical therapy sessions using reflections from your past, observations from your daily lived experience, and the somatic wisdom of your body.

My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling free from the shame, guilt and fear from their past, confident in their ability to take charge of their current life and future, and more connected to the infinite wisdom of their bodies.
