Dementia Care Aware is partnering with Alter Dementia and SageNavigator for their annual Dementia Summit this April in Atlanta to provide free cognitive screenings for older adults in African American communities.

As part of the 100 Minds Cognitive Screening Project, DCA trained volunteers who will offer brief memory screenings and share brain health resources with summit attendees aged 60 and older.

We're proud to be part of this important effort alongside Fayron Epps PhD, RN, FGSA,FAAN, Karah Alexander, PhD, MPH, SageNavigator Inc., and the Alter Dementia team.
