We also celebrated the holidays together, a perfect way to close the year with our amazing team. ✨

Wrapped up my Confinement Nanny course on October 4th! I learned so much about traditional postpartum care, healing, and nourishment for new moms. Soon, I’ll be teaching this to the doulas at Nurturing Hands Doulas so we can continue supporting families with even more love and wisdom. 💕👶

✨ Day 3 of my Confinement Nanny course wrapped up beautifully! ✨
Today we practiced hands-on newborn care and dove deep into nutrition, from postpartum healing foods to nourishing recipes for new moms. 🍼🥗

I also had the joy of connecting with Charmaine, who is a mom and now stepping into the doula world. 🤍 We’re so excited to be partnering with her business and joining forces with Nurturing Hands Doulas to support even more families together. 🌿✨

The journey keeps getting more exciting, and I can’t wait to share what’s ahead! 💫

Day 2 of confinement nanny training is complete 🌸 Today was all about putting our knowledge into practice, with a special focus on breastfeeding.

Day one of my Confinement Nanny course here in Singapore is complete! 🙌 I’ve refreshed some knowledge I already had, but also picked up so many new insights. Excited to bring all this valuable information back to the amazing doulas at Nurturing Hands Doulas so we can keep growing and serving families even better. 💜✨

🌸 I recently had the wonderful opportunity to travel to Brazil and visit some amazing pregnant and postpartum mothers. We shared stories about what it’s like to be a mom in Brazil, and I was able to support them with newborn care tips, breastfeeding guidance, and postpartum recovery. 💕

It was so inspiring to connect with these families and see their strength and love firsthand. We are also collecting baby clothes donations to send to families in need in Brazil next week. If you have any baby clothes you’d like to donate, please let me know, we’d love to help get them to families who can use them! 🌿✨
