Meet Carla Rocha, the heart behind Nurturing Hands Doulas! ❤️

Carla’s journey into the world of infant and child care started in 2010. Since then, she has dedicated herself to caring for newborns and young children, including multiples and those with special needs. With years of experience as a Newborn Care Specialist, Birth & Postpartum Doula, Sleep Consultant, Childbirth and Lactation Educator, she saw firsthand how vital support is for new families.

In 2022, she took her passion to the next level by founding Nurturing Hands Doulas, bringing together a team of dedicated professionals to provide families with the care, knowledge, and guidance they need in those precious early months. Her mission? To ensure parents feel empowered, supported, and well-rested as they navigate life with a new baby. 💕
