Flynn created a business based on her own personal experience as a mother of 4, Mary has vast knowledge combined with compassion and empathy. She launched Bay Area Baby Squad (BABS) in 2009. Mary is certified in Postpartum Doula (DONA), Sleep Specialist, certified Doula Trainer, Lactation Educator, certified EMT and Child Passenger Safety (CPS).
