By combining upper and lower blepharoplasty with facial fat grafting and lower-lid laser resurfacing, I restored lost volume, brightened the eyes, removed excess skin on the upper eyelid and refined the lower eyelid contour.

This patient underwent an upper blepharoplasty - a quick, in-office procedure with long-lasting impact. By addressing excess skin of the upper eyelids, I refreshed her look, opened up her eyes, and created a more youthfu appearance.

This one made me really happy.
This patient came in complaining that she looked exhausted - because heavy upper lids, puffy lower lids, and deep tear troughs. She told me she’d been asked if she was tired for years.
We put together a pretty comprehensive plan. Upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin that was weighing the lids down, lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition - which I prefer over simple fat removal because repositioning that fat over the orbital rim fills the tear trough rather than leaving a hollow, fat grafting to restore the volume to the midface, and laser under the eye to tighten the skin and improve the texture.
I always tell patients, the goal isn’t to look like you had surgery. It’s to look like you slept for a week and found your fountain of youth.

A beautiful result for this patient following an in-office face and neck lift. An in-office face and neck lift can be an excellent option for certain patients, particularly those who may not be ideal candidates for IV sedation. When appropriate, the procedure can be performed safely under local anesthesia and oral sedation while still achieving meaningful rejuvenation.
In this case, I treated laxity of the lower face and neck by lifting and repositioning the deeper facial tissues to restore jawline definition and improve neck contour while maintaining a natural appearance. My goal is always to create results that look refreshed and balanced - never overdone - while tailoring the approach to each patient’s medical history, anatomy, and comfort level.

What is Facial Fat Grafting?
