Sorry for the short notice!

We *just* added live music with Eric Olson to our weekly rooftop yoga session, and we’re celebrating Steve23’s birthday, so come recharge and party with us!

It truly is a glorious way to spend a free hours on your Sunday under the big blue sky and overlooking the bay. Plus, yoga, music and a toast!

Most of our teachers are Virgos (9 months ago was the dead of winter, go figure) and we’d love for you to come celebrate them with us! Alyssa, Helena, Kelly, Marlene, Steve23, Tess, and of course Pepper are all Virgos.

And what better way to honor them than with a full-spectrum experience of movement, music, magic, and community?

🌿 Saturday’s Lineup – Choose Your Own Adventure:

🧘‍♂️ 4:20pm – Hot Box Yoga: Get elevated (in every way) with our signature 26+2, lit with love and a little fire.

🔥 6:30pm – Buti MVMT: Sweat, spiral, and shake off stuck energy with this primal, liberating dance-yoga hybrid.

🍲 8:00pm – Second Saturday Social & Potluck: Bring a dish, a friend, and your beautiful self. We’ll bring the vibes.

Our studio queen 👑, Pepper the Chorkie, turns 16 today!!! 🐶💜 She may be pocket-sized, but trust us—her personality is bigger than the hot room.

⚡ Loves: endless pets, ALL the treats, and letting everyone know she’s here with her signature bark 🗣️🐾
⚡ Doesn’t love: being ignored (lol, don’t even try it).

She’s the heart of New Mission Yoga—cute, spry, and still running this place like the boss she is.

Historic, innovative, award winning, Mission Yoga is San Francisco's premiere home for Hot Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates and Buti Yoga - in the heart of the Mission since 2001. We put the “mom and pop” in yoga shop - independently owned and operated with a taste of old school San Francisco. As longtime burners, our studio is the closest thing you can get to a Burning Man theme camp in the city without getting dusty.

Located centrally in the Mission district, on the northwest corner of 20th Street and Mission. We are on the second floor of the historic El Dorado building. We are accessible by BART, exit at the 24th street station and by MUNI lines 14, 14L, 49, and 33.
