Overthinking has a way of turning small moments into full-blown spirals. If you’re replaying a conversation on loop or analyzing every possible meaning behind someone’s words, take a step back.

Pause. Reality check it. Zoom out. Most of the time, the worst-case scenario you’ve imagined isn’t even real. And even if it was, would it still matter a month from now?

Not everything needs a response. Not everything needs to be unpacked. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is let it go—like a text left on read.
