We hear, talk and write a lot about being your authentic self. It’s no longer an alien concept to any of us. We all know how powerful it is but somehow, we still refuse to understand and act. Being your true self sets you free where you embrace your good with bad and still can’t stop feeling incredibly powerful and fearless.
As you are evolving every now and then, never stop walking on the path of constantly discovering yourself. Not paying attention to others opinion on you but having your own. You deciding your worth is what’s attractive and ideal. So, go on and “Be you... fearless you.” Not just a statement but a significant mindset to live by.

One of the key topics to ace is definitely the “Art of Forgiveness”
The act of forgiveness is simply a release of the negative and toxic energy, a decision to let go of it and surrender it. Forgiveness is to drop the heavy burden of resentment and anger. When you realise that holding onto a grudge won’t serve any better and it’s affecting only you. Letting go and forgiving is the bold move that you can make. Its what brave hearts do. When you’re tired of bearing the burden of your anger, you’re tired of the drama, the conflict, the energy drain that comes with being resentful of, or angry with, somebody forgive them not for their sake, Not for their peace, not for their benefit, but rather for yourself.
Many of us have the perception that forgiveness is an act of kindness TO the person who wronged us. But it is actually an act of kindness to ourselves. Forgiveness is a miracle that releases YOU from the bo***ge and burden of judgement and anger, frees you to step forward from fear to love.

Healing without a doubt is courageous... you cannot heal if you deny, supress, escape, numb or even mask your emotions. Emotions demand for you to feel & release them. Healing requires familiarity with the emotion and this journey isn’t easy but it’s worth it. It’ll not necessarily be an upward ride, you might feel like you’re going backward like a fish against the current, and it’s evoking those emotions that you no longer want to feel. That’s the process we’re talking about. You can heal painful emotions when you learn to make emotions your allies. As you start connecting with the emotional pain, you will notice it more and feel it more intensely. That is totally OK. As emotions are fleeting, they will come and then go. Trust this truth, stay with them and allow them to ebb and flow.
Reverse engineering and going back to that unresolved emotion only to feel it better is the first step towards healing. It’s hurts but it heals

Meditation is what turns you from worrier to warrior. Meditation is the single most powerful stress relieving tool available by natural means. Getting stressed is not bad for you, staying stressed is toxic.

My journey here was anything but simple. I lived an extremely comfortable life and from the outside was as shiny as a brand-new Nickle! With the vicarious attitude of go with the flow I leapt from one adventure to treasure to misfortune to adventure. I believed life was full of surprises and who doesn’t love surprises? I soon realized that surprises are great only when the surprise is good! The other kind is terrible.

A couple of years back, much like what we’re facing today I suddenly found myself trapped in my own house, a prisoner of my mind and making. I had a great career, a great lifestyle, family that loved me and yet in my mind lived a void that consumed me. I was in a personal circumstance that left me feeling weak and helpless. I was calling myself a failure and loser and every imaginable though of self-harm and self-sabotage crossed my mind. I found myself at what at the time felt like the bottom of a silo, with grain of hate and negativity pouring in that will forever trap me in this state if not take my life.

But despite this morbid state of mind I had a single flicker of light reminding me that you’re destined for great things and you will fight till you come out victorious or the circumstances slay you. And every time I felt like giving up or ending it for good the light grew bright and reminded me to fight another day.

My journey through the dark and into the light is what moved me to decide to help people. To remind them that life has a plan. There are miracles laid out in your path, it’s your job to keep moving forward and collect. When life hits us hard we forget the simplest things like to love ourselves and be kind to ourselves, but Syncd is here to remind you that everything is planned and all you have to do is plan to receive it. Set yourself up for success and abundance in every way and not only live your best life but also become the best version of yourself.

How can you nourish and grow the seeds of change that already exist within you?

The garden is a powerful metaphor for transformation. In the garden seeds are planted and as a gardener, you don’t make plans grow. Rather you provide the ideal conditions for plants to grow naturally. The same way even though you might have some internal resistance to change, you also have a natural inclination to change and grow.

Just like the garden you need to create the ideal conditions for natural transformation to flourish. If you truly want change and transformation you must prepare your mind that you are inviting and encouraging a new you. This will scare you and won’t always be comfortable but persevere you must!

I invite you all to take a moment and indulge in some positive self-talk letting your mind and soul know you’re beginning a new journey and are going to be trying new things! They’re going to be different and you’re going to experience them without judgement. The goal is to learn more about yourself and learn things about yourself you never knew! Because if you never try it how will you ever know!

Meditation is an idea that we’ve all come across at some point in our lives, but might not have had the chance to implement into a daily practice. Meditation is the master tool in your artillery! I received the idea for Syncd through one of my daily meditation, I was at a roadblock in my practice trying to figure out how I can convey the ideas of wellness, but surround it with beauty? And one morning when I cleared my mind from all the distraction Syncd was revealed to me.

Meditation is not magic, but it does give you immediate results. Studies have shown a simple 5-minute mindfulness meditation can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depressive thoughts while increasing calm and mental capacity. It’s not surprise that celebrities and extremely high performers like Lebron James and Ray Dalio have said that no matter what they find time to meditate every single day.

I guarantee you that if you incorporate a 5 – 10 min meditation into your daily life you will begin to see a change in yourself and how you see the world. I prefer to do it as soon as I wake up as it allows me to fill me day with intention, gratitude and focused productivity. I encourage you to do the same and share your experience bellow so others too can see how truly effective meditation is!
