Degriefing Bodywork: Medical Hands-On Healthcare Professionals
Level 1 16 Hour Seminar. This weekend seminar takes place Friday evening 6:00 PM to Sunday at 5:00 PM. Grief-related problems are often unrecognized and remain unaddressed by today’s overtaxed healthcare system. The seminar led by grief counselor and massage teacher Lyn Prashant is designed to provide massage therapists and ‘hands-on’ professionals with information, skills and resources to better understand work with the somatic grief process. Please bring a photograph of a lost loved one, massage cream, a set of sheets (and your table if possible.) CEUs: Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, MFTs, & Massage Therapists
