We are bursting with pride. Having one client/friend on the James Beard Award nominees list is a joy. Having 3 on the list in 3 different categories is beyond thrilling. Congrats to the team at Birch & Rye (Best New Restaurant), to Chef Srijith Gopinathan at Ettan (Best Chef, West) and to our former Full Plate intern and all round hero Yuka Iori ( with husband Kris Tollaio) for Best Restauranteurs at the new Cassava location in San Francisco's North Beach.

Proud we were there at the start.

Join us for Sabio's 7th Anniversary Event and Celebrate Peak Tomato Season with our Legendary Local Breeder Fred Hempel. We will showcase a 5-course menu from Executive Chef Francis and guest chef Matt Greco of Salt Craft with Fred Hempel of Green Bee Farm's diverse portfolio of distinct tomatoes. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Culinary Angels, an organization that provides nutrient-rich meals and nutrition education to people going through a cancer challenge, as well as to their caregivers. The event will take place on Saturday, September 17th, at Sabio on Main in Downtown Pleasanton. Reserve on our website!
