Exciting news! We’re thrilled to introduce our amazing class instructors for the new classes launching this year. Whether you’re looking to boost your fitness, improve your balance, or master weightlifting to feel more confident in the gym, our team of experienced professionals is here to support and guide you every step of the way.
- Mill Valley Strength Foundations: Kick off the series with Owner and PT Chris Chorak on 1/12.
- San Francisco Strength Foundations: Led by Physical Therapist Beverly, starting 1/15.
- After Hours: Snow Series: Our team of Physical Therapists—Jessica, Nikki, Lily—and PT Aide Dom will take turns leading this series, beginning 1/21 in San Francisco.
- SF Balance & Strength Class: Join Physical Therapists Julia and Lily every Thursday from 12 PM–1 PM, starting 1/23.
- Mill Valley Balance Class: Led by Physical Therapist Mikayla every Friday from 12 PM–1 PM, starting 1/24.
