Inhaled glutathione therapy is once again available to prescribe from Koshland Pharmacy!

Delivered directly into the lungs through a nebulizer, this compounded therapy can be self-administered at home. Glutathione is a naturally occurring antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports immune function.
The return of access to this therapy was made possible through more than a year of sustained advocacy from pharmacists, clinicians, firefighters, and patients who spoke up at California Board of Pharmacy meetings and pushed for change.

The Koshland Pharm team is a well oiled machine, with many moving parts that operate independently, but remain aligned around a similar goal. One thing that sets us apart from other compounding pharmacies is our Sterile Lab. Our Sterile team goes above and beyond to make sure that everything done here is done correctly. Every product that comes out of the sterile room must be tested for sterility, and all injectables must be tested for endotoxin. We also test the surfaces on a weekly basis, and with each sterile batch we compound, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
