Over the past few months, the entire Koshland team has stepped up in order to get our turnaround time back to 2-5 business days after we changed software systems. We're diving in to part 4 of our pharmacy tour to explore what makes our custom medications high-quality. You'll learn about the many systems we have in place to ensure each order is accurate and meets our high standards of care. The journey to a quality prescription starts with quality of ingredients, which requires being selective with our sources before the ingredients even reach our lab. Then once we have our ingredients, our team of expert technicians and Pharmacists execute their respective checks and balances as the orders are received, compounded, and validated, before they ship out to our patients. Stay tuned for the final step in the process, where we will go over the testing process!
