Here is a little peek into one of our Spark of Resilience Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy groups. A soft place to land, tune inward, stretch, soften, reset, learn & grow.
Today, we explored pendulation through our nervous system for our bodies, mind and heart. The practice of pendulation in yoga- moving through and noticing moments of effort and ease can be a concept carried even off of the mat into every day life.
What are some moments lately where you have been challenged and needed to put in a lot of energy and effort? Have there been other moments you were able to pause, rest or simply set a boundary and kindly say "no" to be at ease, rest and protect your energy? ⚡️
