4 stress away stickers left in my shop guys 😍 this is an illustration of one of my all time favorite blends to calm and relax me. Lavender, lime, vanilla, copaiba, cedarwood, and ocotea 🌿 soooo good. Here’s my latest WIP 😎 lol I only learned recently that stands for Work In Progress 😂 roses are something I definitely want to perfect. I’ve been doing wellness coaching calls most of the day but cannot WAIT to sit down to work on the leaves of this painting tonight. Any other artists get the creative itch once you start and just can’t stop?? I’m sure I’ll be tweaking this one for several more hours before I call it done 😄

If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with the Northern Lights and Northern Lights Black Spruce essential oil. This painting felt like it took five years to finish 😂 I got kinda carried away, but what can I say - I’m obsessed with this essential oil blend!! Geranium, Blue Tansy, Frankincense, Camphor, and Black Spruce combine to create Valor essential oil by . This blend is my GO TO oil in times of anxiety, when I need more confidence and courage. It grounds me, uplifts my spirits, and helps me believe I can do whatever I set my mind to. I apply it to my wrists, neck, or palms and take several deep breaths. Have you ever tried it? Okay here’s my third and final prompt for the save the bee’s challenge 🐝 the prompt was to illustrate other pollinators aside from bees 😍 did you know Monarch Butterflies are very essential pollinators? After reading more about them, I’m amazed at what incredible creatures they are! Now I want to paint all the butterflies 🦋

Happy World Bee Day friends! Because I’m still working on my final prompt for the Save the Bee’s Challenge, I thought I’d share an old painting of eucalyptus with you today. This was just a quick painting but I loved doing it! I’m addicted to all the blues and greens found in eucalyptus; and love making my pieces really saturated and detailed. Although I’d love to play around with a looser style one of these days 😍 What’s your favorite style of painting?
