DEEP RIVER HEALING takes an embodied, integrative approach to navigating life challenges. We follow the lead of your inner wisdom, and I serve as your intuitive facilitator. My main approaches involve getting grounded and present to drop deeper below your habitual physical, emotional, and mental patterns to make adjustments within core energy dynamics. We heal at the energy level and allow new vitality and current awareness to reach previously stuck places. What somatic counseling, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, energy medicine, and arts & healing have in common is a trust in a greater wholeness within us and our ability to co-create with it. This phrase 'moral beauty' intrigues me.

I'm lucky to have more than a few friends whom I call 'beautiful humans'. They treat other people with kindness and curiosity and care. They bravely develop their own unique gifts and talents and offer them up in service to others. They live and love with an ethic of doing no harm. There is great beauty in a person being just who they are.
